ProsperoAI Kokoro 82M FP16 for PlayStation 5
This is the curated, install-ready Kokoro-82M FP16 speech model for
ProsperoAI, a native local
AI application for PlayStation 5. It contains the af_heart voice and the
English phonemizer assets required by the sandboxed PS5 runtime.
Install
Download this repository and copy the complete kokoro-82m-fp16/ folder to:
PPSA99004/models/kokoro-82m-fp16/
Keep the folder name and internal structure unchanged. Restart ProsperoAI, open Workshop, and select Kokoro 82M · af_heart.
Runtime profile

The current Alpha runtime prioritizes correct speech over speed. The validated PS5 run generated 1.975 seconds of speech in about 79 seconds. Further GPU vocoder optimization is planned.
PlayStation 5 validation
The exact folder in this repository generated and played 47,400 samples in the
sandboxed PPSA99004 application on firmware 6.02. Windows offline speech
recognition recovered Whenever you want to say from the requested sentence
Whatever you want it to say. The output WAV SHA-256 was
1347a64b6e04e7f81ef9b42725e0fbf6cb51f18cb36773c8a98ede0421a54b50.
Reproduce this folder
provenance/model-preparation.json pins every source revision and hash and
records every generated file. With the ProsperoAI model tools, run:

The source directory must contain the official checkpoint, af_heart voice,
and the pinned runtime assets listed by the recipe. Publication succeeds only
when the reproduced files match the hardware-tested hashes.

The Kokoro model weights and adreno-llms compatibility code are Apache-2.0; see LICENSE.md and LICENSE-ADRENO-LLMS. The bundled eSpeak NG data is GPL-3.0-or-later; see LICENSE-ESPEAK-NG. See NOTICE for sources and packaging changes.
